MEET OUR RECENT GRADUATES
Joe Hignett Assistant Underwriter
Joe studied History and Philosophy at the University of Sheffield before starting his career at Irwell. He assists the underwriting team by monitoring coverholder performance, comparing policy rates and wordings and preparing internal and external data analysis. He is also involved in new business and regularly attends industry events hosted by BIBA and MGAA.
Ana Dos Santos Accounting Assistant
Ana studied Accounting and Finance at Manchester Metropolitan University before joining Irwell’s finance team. She creates journal entries, reconciles ledger accounts and is also key to interpreting and evaluating business critical data.
Ana enjoys using her skills and knowledge to help drive the efficiency of the financial process and loves learning from her team to push herself to learn new areas of the business finance function.
